    Great Lakes Tower & Antenna Company, Inc. was established in 1972 by husband and wife team Larry R. Johnson And Barbara L. Johnson, along with their five children. It was a family owned and operated business. At Great Lakes Tower we provide excellent service in the installation of antennas, transmission lines, microwave dishes, erection of towers, monopoles, service water tanks, provide custom tower repair and maintenance, tower painting, tower lighting, guywire and tensioning and sweep line testing. We provide services throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

    Over the years business has grown and in 2002 a second company was formed GLT Crane & Equipment Services, LLC. which is still owned and operated by the Johnson family and is located on the same premises as Great Lakes Tower & Antenna Company,inc.

    We have three buildings and are able to offload and store material in our warehouse for our customers.

    Our Employees are trained in Crane & Equipment Operating,Tower Installation Services & Tower Safety Climb and Rescue. First Aid and Remote Electrical Installation ATC200-1000 System and is registered with Andrew Institute. OSHA Compliant.

    We are fully licensed and insured.
